Our rings above 6 mm in size, are specially made for us out of a very hard alloy.  These give the protection and strength without the need of having thick rings that were originally intended for Raptors.  Those smaller than 6 mm, are again specially made for us, but in this case out of a soft alloy, that enables the rings to be cut off easily.  Each ring is accompanied by its own Captive Breeding Certificate, one part of which if returned to the Ring Co-ordinator will have it’s details recorded onto a database.

Computer Records:  Details are held on computer for administrative purposes.  No information regarding your birds will be passed onto anyone other than authoritative associations in respect of census.  It being our determination to keep confidentiality at all times.

We also publish a Ringing Scheme booklet which gives suggested ring sizes for all species, of Waterfowl, Pheasants, Galliformes Curassows, Guans, Grouse, Pigeons, & Doves, listing them by both Common and Scientific names.  In preparation we are extending this to Cranes, Parkland Birds, Domestic Waterfowl & the Parrot family.

We work with and supply our rings to our members in the UK and throughout the World.  We also supply rings to the World Pheasant Association & WPA (USA): British Waterfowl Association: Taiwan Pheasant Association: Touraco Society and the Spanish Chapter of Aviornis International.
